I visited this place based on a recommendation, and I must say, I left absolutely thrilled! I started with the chicken gyozas, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The filling had a flawless balance of flavors, and the dipping sauce was simply divine.
The main course â chashu ramen â was absolutely phenomenal. The broth was rich, intense, and full of umami, just as it should be. The noodles had the perfect texture, and the chashu pork was tender, melt-in-your-mouth, with an amazing caramelized flavor.
And the desserts? The green tea tiramisu was light, creamy, and had a subtle bitterness from the matcha, which contrasted beautifully with the sweet mascarpone. The yuzu cheesecake was the perfect finale â refreshing, slightly tangy, and with an irresistible citrusy note.
The entire experience was fantastic, and I canât wait to come back. From the service to the last bite, everything was...
Read moreSecond time eating here. First time wife and I had some ramen. The Tempura and Chashu. Very close to authentic Japanese ramen. Umami flavour was good. Portion sizes are really big so very worth the price.
Second time had the Gyu-Don and the Chicken Yakuidon. Gyu-Don was very good. You can see why itâs one of their best sellers. The Yakuidon was good, however could have been more flavourful.
The Wakame salad amazing and the Mochi (frozen) really good! All in all, one of the best Ramen places in Lyon. Price for portion is amazing!...
