Inizio is a new restaurant offering a strong choice of Italian dishes artfully and tastefully executed by an Italian chef. Our table of six chose a massive plate of charcuterie as a starter and each a different main dish and dessert and were able to share and ended up fulled up to the rim. Just check the salivating menu and you will understand. We felt we were in a private kitchen and were ravished. Our taste buds were on high and the evening rendered magic. We were told the menu changes and I wish I could go back each time to appreciate again the tastefulness and visual artistry of the dishes. The decor is a clever mix of industrial, cosy features and furniture, the music mostly lounge remastered French tunes old school or modern non intrusive and atmospheric. Based in the well heeled neighbourhood of La Corniche,15 minutes ride away from the Vieux Port, the spacious restaurant exuded central trendy vibes and only a few meters away from the sea. We ended up having drinks in the bar area. The prices are medium range and the clientele is coming from a broad spectrum and the service professional and endearing. Exclusivity without extortion.
