This bakery is the standard I hold all other bakeries to. I visited many bakeries during my time in Europe, but it was this bakery that captured my heart! Since returning to north America I compare quality baked goods against the standard set with the quality deserts I ate from this shop. Mr di cristo le pâtissier de la vague gourmande 👎. Aucune ampatie, respect, envie , pour le client, et personnel désagréable, pas de bonjour, pas de sourire pour rejoindre les autres avis des consommateurs, Le samedi 16 mars je fêtée l anniversaire de ma fille ilona pour ses 18 ans . Et j ai demandé 60 gâteaux diversifiés, tarte aux fraises , opéra , Castel , choux , tarte chocolat, millefeuille ect et rien de tout sa !!!!!!!!. Seulement 5 catégories de gâteaux , quand j ai ouvert à 19 h les boites l effondrement, Un gros foutage de gueule envers moi et ma fille . Le pâtissier n a pas respecter mon souhait , manque de professionnalisme, pas à l écoute , sur de sa personne . Le lundi matin j appel à la boulangerie pour expliquer mon mécontentement, et se pâtissier ordinaire me répond ne venez plus dans ma boulangerie. La critique est constructive, il n’a rien voulu savoir il se prend pour dieu!!!!. Sachez que vous avez gâché et non respecté le souhait de ma fille .
