Kitch and Cook — Restaurant in Marseille

[21-apr-2015] Cozy dining. Refined food. The guys at Kitch&Cook are true food aficionados - they take pride in their work and engage warmly with their customers. Wine selection is good, presentation is excellent and the food is gourmet. An excellent example of good French cuisine. As may be expected, prices were fairly high to this American tourist, so check the posted menu before reserving. At the same time: price is so subjective. The harbor often hosts luxury yachts; that may not be a concern for you. I have eaten at about two dozen restaurants around town. This was the nicest dining experience.

We had a really delicious meal in this lovely family run restaurant. The owner is front of house and very welcoming and his wife running the kitchen. We were relaxed on timings but as it got busier the poor owner got busier and busier and service slower. Not a problem for us as we had a great evening and had arrived early but we did notice others tables waiting. An extra waiter was needed as chef and sous chef had to help...
