07/2023 Back to see if good is as good as I remembered... And it is! Huge burgers, good chips and coleslaw. Very surprised it wasn't busier!

02/2022 Place is hidden from the main road in a narrow adjacent street, discovered by chance and decided for a takeaway at dinner. I went and ordered for me and the children. Order took 10 minutes to be ready. Personally, one of the best burger I had in a very long time and I have a few regularly in the U.K! Meat was superbly cooked and burger was filled with garnish. Kids menu burger was genuinely similar (smaller) and the chicken strips were proper chicken fillet in coating (no frozen nuggets). A very disappointing visit all in all. First of all, the waiter mixed up our burgers so mine was half eaten before we realised the orders were mixed up. I chose the vegetarian burger, which was absolutely SWIMMING in oil, fat dripping from the potato patty. It was lacking in flavour and not enough salt either. The cajun chips were terribly greasy with fat dripping from them when squeezing the potato chip.

Overall I ended up eating less than half of the order and wasn't feeling well at all by the end of it. Such a shame, as the chips are very clearly home made and could have been delicious, and the burger ingredients and bűn were all of a very high quality, just very badly executed. My boyfriend, however, loved his double beef burger. I guess it was an unlucky...

Small little shop but really great burgers. We went twice, and I ordered the same black truffle burger - it was just that good. Price is reasonable for the portion you are getting. We went both on a saturday and then Monday, obviously weekends are packed, so unless you don't have time to wait, it's best to go takeaway. Staff were really nice and accomondating despite my minimal french. I wrote my order on my note app and just showed it to them, lol. Not sure if this burger joint is available outside of France but definitely a spot id find in other places!
