Le Pélican Bleu — Restaurant in Martinique

We arrived with 2 young children at 7:30pm and ordered our food right away. We received our orders at 8:45pm, after several reminders. My 5 year old had fallen asleep on his chair by then. The food was mediocre to say the least, the chicken and sausage were dry and nothing else eatable. As we were leaving and since our rental apartment was right next to the place and the music was playing super loud by the time we left I asked politely until when the party would last. In return I was offered rum for my kids (2 and 5) so they could sleep. All I can say is: avoid this place if you can. This is not how clients should be treated and the offer of rum for the children was beyond any imagination. This happened the evening of 28 April 2022. Perfect and delicious meals for a low price. I enjoyed the fish (filet of barracuda) for 12 euros, with a great view of the beach. Cocktails are also also cheap and very good. Definitely recommend if you are visiting...
