Well, it seems like Terminal 2G is giving off some serious "temporary structure" vibes, like it's just stopping by for a quick break before moving on. And Ekxi? Well, they might need a serious intervention from the cleaning fairies. Lots of dirty tables. Needed to clean mine with napkins. Empty dishes. The food is apparently in a state of sadness, looking sadder than a wilting daisy that's seen better days. Truly sad indeed. Not many options available that tickled my fancy. Seen better Ekxi locations. Concept great exécution gÚre Very poor.
And don't even get me started on the interior â it's begging for a makeover that's long overdue. It's like the terminal's been binge-watching home renovation shows and realised it's time for a spring cleaning and renovation extravaganza.đ
On the bright side, the coffee gentleman seems to be the real star. , serving up nice beans with a side of friendliness. But let's be honest, that coffee sounds like it's just scratching the surface of ok. Nontheless thank you. â€ïžđ
Now, as for the souvenir shop next door selling the world-famous ratatouille, who knows, maybe my favorite rat could pop over and show Ekxi how it's done in the kitchen! After all, if a rat can whip up something decent, ratatouille can do this for sure. , there's hope for Ekxi's cooking too đđAdding some color and happiness. đđ« đ
So, if you're on a mission to dodge potential disappointment, it's probably best to breeze through that terminal and keep fasting until you reach your final destination. đđ or bring...
Read moreI'm quite disappointed with my recent experience at this CDG airport. While the food itself was quite good, the service left much to be desired, and it was rather peculiar.
I made a few purchases and proceeded to the counter to settle the bill with my card. However, I couldn't help but notice that the total seemed a bit higher than expected. Like anyone would, I requested my receipt, only to have it callously torn up and thrown into the trash by the cashier, accompanied by an odd chuckle.
She asked if I wanted the receipt, clearly anticipating that I would decline. However, I insisted on having it, which prompted her to respond with an awkward smile before engaging in a conversation with her colleague in French. This behavior left me feeling quite uneasy.
To be frank, it seemed as though she may have deliberately torn up the receipt after possibly adding an unauthorized tip or something of the sort. I can't help but give the service a one-star rating. Hopefully, in the future, the establishment can ensure they hire individuals who perform their duties with respect and...
Read moreI asked if frappe was made with ice-cream. The guy looked like he didn't speak English, but he responded "yes". I reasked 3 or 4 times to reconfirm, he kept saying "yes". I asked if he spoke English, he said "yes". So, I ordered a frappe. He started making it with milk and coffee, and no ice cream. I asked again - "are you adding ice-cream?" he said "yes, cream" and showed me milk bottle. I asked again if he spoke English - he said no. Not even a smile, no "I'm sorry", he just turned to another customer. It's an international airport, and he is not even trying to speak English, not even trying to be nice. Worst airport self...
