This is bar none the best fine dining restaurant I have ever visited .... in the US or anywhere. It appears to be a labor of love by the talented owner rather than a simple eating place. The selections are simple but superbly executed examples of local cuisine. The atmosphere is sophisticated and the service by the owner herself was special. Superbe restaurant decouvert par hasard. Le decor est super, avec cette image haute qualité qui fait tout le mur du fond et qui change selon les saisons. La carte est composé d'une dizaine de plat avec la possibilités de deux formats entrée ou plat. Un grand bravo au cuisinier car les saveurs étaient au rendez-vous, c'était un vrai régal. La salade chèvre et miel format entrée était généreuse et étonnante. L'harmonie des saveurs étaient très bien maîtrisé entre le chèvre, le miel, les noix, les clémentines etc. La pièce du boucher sauce morilles était aussi excellente. La cuisson était comme demandé et la sauce était généreuse en morilles. En enfin le dessert, un café gourmand vraiment gourmand. Une grande part de tarte au pomme, une crème brûle, un turamisu, un marbre. C'était aussi très copieux et très bon. Tout ça (en plus d'une bière ambré locale en aperitif) pour jn prix totale de 55 euros, ce qui est très raisonnable au vue de la qualité des plats.
