Friendly and relaxed people. Amazing coffee (Aeropress as a filter coffee? Love it. Classic nutty Flat White with an intriguing fruityness).

Spent a couple of hours reading and contemplating. I felt at ease. The staff helps you when you engage with them, they make occasional eye contact with a smile but leave you on your own for most of the time. Is this French hospitality culture or Bun culture? For me it was good but also bit boring. I can imagine if you are used to more proactive service it can feel strange to be left alone.

For me personally the seating inside is a bit too efficient. My preference is a living room atmosphere, at the cost of less seats. Even as it is, I will come back for the coffee if I return to...

I stopped by for a cortado and my wife got a black tea. The barista was super respectful with me not speaking broken French, after I finished my cortado he educated me in the beans they used for espresso, why they use a light roast and even brought me a second cortado that was made his special way to taste them side by side.
