SIAM Thai Bistro — Restaurant in Montpellier

I rarely write reviews but this restaurant really deserves it. The food, service and atmosphere were all really good, and if I lived in Montpellier I would be a regular for those alone, but what amazed me were the man in front and woman in the kitchen. The two of them were both working at an incredible rate, pouring a phenomenal energy into their work with a smile to churn out plate after plate of great food for the crowded restaurant....

We really enjoyed the food at Siam Thai Bistro. Only giving 4/5 because the appetizers we ordered (spring roll and samosas) were both served cold. Otherwise, everything else was delicious and the service was very good. The red curry and pad Thai were served very hot and were absolutely delicious. Not a restaurant to go to for the atmosphere, but I would certainly go back for the good food...

Je suis passée tant de fois devant, sans pouvoir y rentrer, et aujourd'hui j'ai enfin pu commander! :) L'accueil est chaleureux, les propriétaires sont adorables, les odeurs sont à tomber ... Dans ce petit bistrot thaï ou les plantes prônent devant la petite baie vitrée, je me vois même offrir une petite bouture ( mille merci encore pour ce précieux cadeau !) Je prends un curry rouge ( épicé ) au poulet, et le plaisir de voir à la carte des nems végétariens ! Les nems sont à tomber à la renverse, les meilleurs que j'avais jamais mangé jusque là, vraiment. Le curry rouge est un pur délice. C'est d'autant plus copieux. Vraiment, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vos papilles gustatives vont diront merci. Et moi qui habite la campagne, j'ai maintenant hâte de venir en ville juste pour pouvoir manger encore leurs si bons petits plats. SIAM Thai Bistro, merci et à bientôt...
