I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen, and immediately thought it was the original Japanese version but instead it came with more Chinese flavor tones. The beef ramen broth came very bland and also with typical chinese flavors (this one I thought it would be chinese as we are in a chinese restaurant). One thing I really liked was the noodles. It is a traditional Yi Wu noodles they where fresh and tasty and I have never had ramen with the thick noodles apart from Udon so it was quite nice to have this new taste on the beef noodles and gave it a big boost. If only the broth had been thicker and maybe had some original Japanese flavor I would give it a super 5 stars!! All in all it was not bad maybe I am just too picky when it comes...
