We began with the souris d’agneau, a true masterpiece. The lamb shank was perfectly slow-cooked—fall-off-the-bone tender, deeply aromatic, and infused with spices that lingered delicately on the palate. Every bite was a comforting embrace of tradition.

Next came the koubideh, a dish that proves simplicity can be divine when done right. The minced meat was juicy and expertly seasoned, paired beautifully with fluffy saffron rice and grilled tomato. It was honest, flavorful, and unforgettable.

To finish, we couldn’t resist dessert—and we’re glad we didn’t. The baghlava was a sweet, nutty delight with just the right balance of syrup and crunch, while the douceur de Kaboul was an unexpected surprise—delicately spiced and comforting, like a soft whisper from a distant land.

J’ai choisi la souris d’agneau, et c’était un vrai délice : tendre, savoureuse et parfaitement assaisonnée. Le personnel était très accueillant et attentionné, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable.
