I rarely give five stars to any restaurant but I do this time, because with one person in the totally open kitchen and one person serving, they could serve 16 tables in a friendly and fast way. Anyone that is wondering how to organize a restaurant should come and see these people they have about 20 dishes with pasta, paninis, pizzas, regular combined dishes and homemade desserts, with menus of two courses for 15 euros. Good service and good location. Surprisingly the Entrecote was really good and also the peppercorn sauce accompanying it. For an italian restaurant, that was a good achievement. À éviter ! 25 min pour avoir enfin l'apéro ( car nous avons appeler la serveuse pour qu'elle vienne) sinon je pense que nous serions encore entrain d'attendre !! À peine une quinzaine de clients et 50 min d'attente pour l'entrée ( salade vosgienne à 9€ qui en 3 coup de fourchette est totalement manger, croûton mou, pomme de terre au abonnée absent, clairement ça ne vaux pas son prix. 20 min après avoir été débarrasser la pizza 4 fromage arrive et vraiment j'aurai du m'arrêter à l'entrée, pâte à pizza aussi fine qu'une feuille de cigarette, 4 fromage sauf qu'il y a tellement de roquefort qu'on ne sens que lui.
