Valerio is THE BEST!!!!! Just trust and do whatever he says or recommends. The pizza and the crust is truly amazing, tastes like the ingredients are so pure. The best maybe we’ve ever had in our lives! We got half marg half Parma- the sauce is so rich, the prosciutto so flavorful. The salad was also amazing. The tiramisu is also a must! Excellent service even as walk-in’s with no reservation!

Nous avons été déçus de notre expérience dans cette pizzeria. L’espace entre les tables est vraiment trop serré, le niveau sonore très élevé, ce qui rend le repas peu agréable. Dès le début, on nous a demandé si nous voulions de l’eau plate ou gazeuse, mais le serveur a semblé contrarié quand nous avons choisi une simple carafe d’eau. (Pour les softs) Nous avions envie de partager une pizza au mètre pour 4, pour l’aspect convivial. Pourtant, le serveur nous l’a déconseillé, sans explication claire. Cela donnait fortement l’impression qu’il fallait plutôt commander une pizza par personne… Ensuite, il insistait pour que nous prenions 1 mètre de pizza au lieu de 75 cm, le point positif je dirais car il disait sinon ça faisait trop peu / personne. Enfin, la pizza manquait de garniture, et les champignons étaient en conserve, .et un jambon blanc médiocre, ce qui est dommage pour une pizzeria. Les explications sur les pâtes à pizza étaient nombreuses mais peu claires, difficiles à retenir. Le service, bien que correct, manquait de chaleur et de personnalisation pour le nombre de clients présents. En résumé : une expérience décevante, je n’y retournerai pas.

A lovely and cozy little restaurant with a warm atmosphere! We ordered pizza and a salad — everything was delicious, made with fresh ingredients and a lot of care. A special thanks to our waiter Valerio, who was very polite and attentive — he really made our evening even more enjoyable. We left very satisfied and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had the greatest experience at La Chamade Lab! The service was truly fantastic – the team went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. We actually came back two days in a row because it was that good.

One of the highlights was speaking with the chef, whose passion for his craft was inspiring and clearly reflected in the food. Every detail showed the care and creativity he puts into his work.

If you’re in Monaco, La Chamade Lab is a must-visit. Exceptional service, incredible food, and genuine passion make it stand out. Highly recommend!

The best pizza EVER! Veeeery kind staff and GREAT food!!!!!! We are regulars, they already know our favorite flavor, the pizza arrives at your table in a second: hot, with the perfect amount of toppings, PERFECT TOMATO SAUCE, great ingredients, SOOOOOO DELICIOUS!!!!!... really... I can go through the night talking about the pizza! The best one! And the desserts... love them (the ricota and Orange cake is divine! Can”t help it...). Ww always go with our 2 kids and it’s perfect...

My experience felt tacky and fake. The pizza I had, which was highly praised by the server, parts of it inexplicably tasted like seaweed and reminded me of artificial gas station snacks.
