Le St Mart’ — Restaurant in Nice

We came to have dinner at this restaurant, trusting the good reviews on Google. A friendly waitress immediately warned us that we would have to wait at least an hour for the main courses, so we decided to stay and order some appetizers and drinks. We chose three appetizers. They forgot to bring us water and only placed the glasses on the table. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the appetizers. The appetizers turned out to be completely tasteless. Exceptional friendly service and superior food quality Despite Saturday crowds, our waitress was courteous, patient and multi-lingual. The beef tartar salad was excellent. The beef was tender and all the salad fixings blended well and unlike previous salad in Aix, this was dressed only to enhance the ingredients. My husband had a chicken breast with tomato, seasonings and cheese. We couldn’t eat the generous portions and brought more than half the chicken home that was an ample dinner the following night. This little restaurant has got its service down to a fine art and is run by staff who is well versed in looking after customers.
