Soooooo bad! ew😖 Unfortunately, we were not seated without confirmation, we waited politely outside the door, and the waitress just ignored us, but let the guests behind us in, and we did not see her confirm whether the pairs of guests behind us in the queue they had reservations or not. How can you make sure whether the guests have reservation or not(maybe you have your way, but I think we deserve a explanation at that time)
I therefore felt that I was not treated with the respect I deserved. If by some means you can tell whether other guests have reservations or not just by looking at them, then perhaps you could have explained this to us in a friendly and clear manner instead of making me feel that I was not respected nor cut in line.
The way you treated us that night was offensive and racist, and the response to my review seems to mislead the public into thinking that I am a vexatious guest, but is this really the case?

Some Reviews about this restaurant are clearly not real, there are way better vietnamese options in the city. We came from another neighbourhood to eat vietnamese here, like we already did it in many countries around the world. This is the first restaurant that doesnt offer any(!) vegetarian option. When kindly asked if they could leave out meat in one of their meals the waitress was rolling with her eyes and said there is no way they would do that.. The maximum of unprofessional behaviour was reached when the waitress even didnt say goodbye or thank you when we left the restaurant...

The Pho is prepared in southern Vietnam style (I'm traveling from Germany and usually you find Pho in northern style in Germany) and even though the amount of vegetables and herbs is not as generous as the northern style one (mainly bean sprouts), the flavor is stronger (from the more dense broth) and more to my liking. The sate sauce of the beef sate smells and tastes great thanks to the coconut in the ingredients and the seasoning so it really elevates the flavor of the beef. The dishes we tried were great and the owner was friendly and welcoming. All of these elements combined made it a great experience for anyone who wants to try out Vietnamese food prepared in...
