McDonald's — Restaurant in Nogent-sur-Marne

I come to this Macdonald's rsndomly when my boy is a bit hungry or we have been out for hours .I was here like 2 weeks ago made an order for a regular burger with the larger chips because I do not like the smaller chips, this place is hardly crowded .and that day the person who dropped my order just dropped it on the counter and left .I never checked inside till iw as at the bus stop saw that i was given the smaller chips which I had to throw away .my son was crying when the burger was fish I almost cried because I was so hungry.i went back there the next day because I was passing by and felt to tell them what happened.a slim fair lady who speaks English came all she could say at the end what do want us to do.that was so heart breaking.i have worked in a bank and what customers need is empathy that you feel what they are complaining about.the lady was rude to me either because am not french or what .it was the white guy beside her who decided to give me another burger though I didnt bring my ticket because I only came there to lay a complaint.inam really disappointed and will not be going back there again I.felt really humiliated either because am not french or I speak English or I am black. I was paying at the terminal and it refused my card. But then I got the text message from my bank saying that money was actually taken from the card. Then I tried again to make sure the order was completed, and again terminal said that transaction refused although I got another text message from the bank saying they withdraw again... then at the counter the lady told me to pay again! What???? She told me that system didn't take any money for now, that's why I have to pay at the counter again. So I did. And now I paid 3 times... which is 13.05 EUR *3= 39.15 for BigMac, FiletOFish, potatos and 2...

Alors comment dire... quel bonheur d'aller dans ce Mac Do !!!!!!!! Ce soir nous passons commande, 3 sandwichs sur 4 ont des personnalisations, nous patientons, et là surprise... aucun sandwich n'avait eu le droit à sa personnalisation... un de nous descend pour en faire part et on redonne le sac avec les sandwichs et les frites (le tout) Et au bout de quelques minutes le SUPER MANAGER arrive limite agressif en nous demandant pourquoi nous avons rendu le sac !!!!! On lui dit donc que la commande n'était pas bonne ! Et là il nous redit oui mais les frites et l'autre sandwich ? Nous lui répondons que nous n'avions pas envie de manger des frites froides et que notre amie voulait manger son burger avec nous et chaud ! Et là mon SEIGNEUR MAC DO LE ROI DU FAST FOOD repart en remettant notre parole en doute sur le fait que cela nous arrive pas à chaque fois mais quasiment en nous disant : c'est pas possible ça monsieur ! Autant vous dire que l'on avait qu'une envie c'est de lui coller le nez dans ses hamburgers !!!! En repartant il a écrasé le sac que nous lui avons rendu...encore une autre grande preuve de son intelligence... (surtout lorsque vous travaillez derriere des vitres). Et apres mult péripétie nous avons enfin notre commande, apportée par un monsieur très sympathique et commerçant qui lui doit être malheureusement bien moins payé que son supérieur exécrable !!!!!!! Et inutile de vous signifier que nous n'avons eu comme geste commerciale uniquement le droit d'attendre 3 plombes une commande qui aurait dû être réglée en 10 minutes ! Et encore je...
