Without a doubt, the best pizza in Buis. It’s authentic Provencal-style, unlike traditional Italian pizza, it’s not thick or doughy but beautifully thin, crisp, and full of flavour.

I highly recommend the ravioles pizza with added lardons — it’s outstanding. Another favourite is the goat’s cheese and honey pizza, which is even better with lardons and a cream base instead of tomato sauce.

Paul Pizza also offers authentic Thai dishes at lunchtime, lovingly prepared by Paul’s wife. I was genuinely amazed — the flavours are vibrant and authentic, easily surpassing most Thai restaurants I’ve tried in London.
