I honestly do not know how this place is still open when they serve "food" of such low quality at a not so cheap price.
We went yesterday for dinner and ordered a risotto and a carbonara. As soon as the food arrived I could tell with one look that I was not being served a risotto and my sister was not being served a carbonara.
From my sister's plate I could even smell that the bacon was old, you know that smell when you leave it on the fridge for way too long? The dark color was also a dead give away that it was not fresh bacon. I tasted her carbonara after being left extremely disappointed by my risotto and the food was barely warm, the sauce had a weird flavour and as I suspected the bacon tasted like something that was left open in the fridge for way too long.
About my risotto, the shrimp was bland, it tasted like nothing, but at least it was edible, the rice on the other hand I had to spit out into a napkin. Not only did the rice look like it was cooked by someone who had never cooked rice before, much less a risotto, the sauce was horrible. The rice without the sauce tasted like it was cooked in plain water and washed in the sink before being served, that was how bad it was. I cannot remember when it was the last time I was served something so bad.
P.S. - Although as you can see in the pictures we barely touched our plates (I basically only ate the shrimp), in the morning I woke up with stomach pain and feeling like vomiting. It ended up going away after I got some more sleep but I believe if I had ate the whole thing I would have probably gotten food poisoning.
EDIT: I only saw the restaurant's reply now, a month later. I have few things I would like to clarify.
1st - I graduated from a cooking school which might make me more picky than you regular customers. I will notice things like the pasta or rice not being cooked for the right amount of time. I have cooked carbonara, the true Italian carbonara, several times and I know how to tell a risotto apart from any regular rice dish. I might have been too agressive with my review but it is exactly because I know how to cook that the disappointment was even bigger.
2nd - You say no other customer has complained about the food quality yet I can find several reviews doing exactly that.
3rd - You could have ignored my review or replied gracefully, but chose to question my claims and threaten me by saying my review was defamation.
4th - As a customer I have the right to share my opinion, be it positive or negative, and that cannot be considered defamation when what I have shared is backed by evidence(pictures) and witnesses(people who went with me and also tasted the food). For it to be defamation you would have to prove my claims are false and are only meant to damage your reputation.
And lastly, after reading some other reviews and your replies, I have come to find out that a lot of the ingredients used are frozen. If I wanted to eat frozen food I would buy it at the supermarket. When I go to a restaurant I am expecting to eat food that is cooked there and with fresh ingredients.
Instead of being offended by my review, take this as feedback so you can improve the quality of the food being served to...

What a disgrace for a pizza restaurant! One pizza was missing (although I had to pay for it), The pizza's were cold. And the pasta wasn't worth the name pasta.... By the way: did I already mention the pizza's were really expensive? The uber eats delivery guy took about 25 minutes to deliver the pizza's and pasta. And played stupid when I pointed that 1 pizza was missing. I had to give him the code otherwise he wouldn't give me the pizza's. So we had to share the remaining pizza's. Needless to say some slices were left untouched... Stay away from this so called pizza...
Read more20h30 en semaine et mi-octobre, nous décidons d'aller y manger un bout. Accueil sympathique et endroit agréable. Mais c'est là qu'a commencé notre désastreuse soirée...
Malgré le restaurant peu rempli, nous avons été "invités" à nous installer dans le fond de la salle, avec les autres clients. Bien que je sois d'accord avec le fait de ne pas "salir" l'entièreté du restaurant, je le suis nettement moins avec l'entassement des clients sans distanciation respectée entre les tables (une dizaine environ) qui plus est.
Ensuite, niveau nourriture : les pizzas commandées arrivent relativement vite (bon point !) Par contre, la qualité des produits a réellement manqué ! Sauce tomate hyper-acide, marinade annoncée imperceptible, burrata complète refroidissant la pizza sur laquelle elle a été posée, etc. tiramisu granuleux (à se demander s'il ne s'agirait pas de poudre reconstituée !) et bomboloni tiède, sec et chocolat à l'intérieur froid.
Pour ce qui est du restaurant, notre première (bonne) impression a vite laissé place à de la déception au vu des dégâts sur certains murs, de la nourriture au sol et des retouches de peinture loin d'être discrètes. Les tables libérées par les clients partis sont partiellement débarrassées (vaisselle et couverts mais déchets laissés sur les tables plusieurs dizaines de minutes).
La cerise sur le gâteau... l'hygiène du personnel de salle ! Même s'il est délicat d'aborder le sujet avec ses employés, il est essentiel que l'hygiène corporelle soit (au minimum) correcte ! Depuis la propreté des cheveux jusqu'à l'odeur aigre dégagée en passant par le dressage des couverts et verres directement avec les mains non-lavées après avoir débarrassé la vaisselle usagée et déchets.
Croyez bien que nous ne retournerons pas dans un restaurant de cette chaîne. Une fois nous...
