PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! YOU COULD BE POISENED BY THEIR FOOD! Absolutely discusting food and worst customer service. We have never been humiliated in any place like this. Their CHEF NAMED DAMIEN (also the owner) made sure that we are not welcome there. After we ordered appetizer it came deep fried kind of crunchy over greasy some kind of golden colored vegetable.. You could greased up your kidney and all your stomach with just 1 bite. Then we ordered their beef for 2. HORRIBLE!!! Even I ordered medium cooked, you could not bite and chew because it was JUST AWEFUL. My wife had couple of bites and no way to eat the rest. I just had only 1 bite... TASTELESS!! We called the chef and tried to talk to him politely. He could not take the criticism and asked us the pay the whole dinner. We rejected and he got angry at us and TOLD US TO LEAVE HIS RESTAURANT WITH CURSING!! We got yelp at with f words by this chef. What a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We were just couple of guests and I don’t think we deserve this kind of HORRIFYING ATTITUDE and experience. And we don’t think this chef named Damien represents the genuine French hospitality or true French culinary. We will contact French tourism ministry and complain about this...

The Amuse Bouche was like a punch in my face! It told me: “Wake up! Dinner is gonna come and I want you to be present.” It was a mousse of turbot with pickled zucchini, garlic croutons and trout eggs.
The first course was pleasant (lemon marinated trout). The second course was another punch and the best dish I had eaten in a long time: shellfish risotto. It tasted like a day at the seaside when you feel the taste of seaweed on your tongue. Nothing for the faint-hearted, very strong taste. I’d call it a courageous dish.
Great selection of cheeses, presented by the chef. Desert while nice nothing special.
Service was impeccable and entertaining. Wine was good.
Go there!...

The portion size is a bit nouveau, so if you want huge portions this might not be the ideal place for you. For the main course we had pork and bream (daurade) and they were delicious. The restaurant is set in the ancient and atmospheric part of the historic town...
