I don't know if passenger reviews actually have any value given the numerous negative feedback already in Italy for sure matters. I don't know if the employees/workers who work in France actually seriously care about the well-being of the tourists who give them work and drive the economy. It seems like NO to me, since today it happened to me and my family. We had a VERY BAD experience with an employee of EXK block B Orly. The 5 of us, including a small girl with trays of food, couldn't sit down because the tables were also occupied by people who didn't CONSUME food. We approached the employee of the "single" cash register, the one that is detached from the buffet. I kindly asked for help trying to explain the situation and the lady employee (short blonde hair) unfortunately did not have her badge in plain sight (a very serious thing for those who work at an airport) and it was not possible to read her name. I spoke in English and she arrogantly replied that she doesn't speak English and that if the tables were occupied we would have to make do. When I pointed out that his way of responding was disrespectful, she became even more heated. I pointed out to her that I would leave negative feedback and that I needed her name. She started talking to me (always in French) as if I were her sister. I don't speak French but I understand it. The employee started arguing in the room in front of the other guests, disrespecting me with abrupt gestures. Once I sat down at the table she passed me more than once, muttering and insulting me in French. I have never had a situation like this happen to me, it seemed like a racist attitude to me.
In the meantime, the head waiter on duty intervened, trying to understand the situation, telling me that she doesn't usually behave like this, she probably had a bad day and that she is one of the few who gets a lot of tips. The head nurse apologized on her behalf (I would have preferred if she had also been present to understand where she had gone wrong). To remedy this, the head waiter offered us anything from the complimentary buffet but when we took the water and went to the cashier another employee (even though the maitre d' had informed her) made us pay for the bottle đ The whole time we were at the restaurant table there was a continuous chatter between the employees and a continuous gossiping about the situation that had happened. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!The fact that employees eat and drink coffee in front of passengers is also against the rules. I understand well that working with the public is arduous (work first and foremost) but once you get your salary at the end of the month the work must be done in the best possible way. If this is the BEST of the EXK chain then it might as well close down because the staff at block B Orly are not making a difference. On the EXK website we talk about values ââand Mission, unfortunately it's just a theoretical thing. P.S. a dispassionate piece of advice: the employees would need a course in communication, behavior and behavior in the room and those who are not suitable for contact with the public and customers would be happy to have them in the back office.
I give one star because unfortunately it...
