Papaye Verte — Restaurant in Palaiseau

The food was ok-good, nothing special but not bad. It was served way too hot however and I ended up burning myself because I didn't realise that I should've waited a while for it too cool before tasting. The service was reasonably fast, however the staff was not very friendly and the atmosphere was pretty stressful. We didn't get everything we ordered and ended up removing it from the bill because the staff didn't realise they missed serving it until we pointed it out. One of us ordered an entre which was given at the same time as the others main dish, ending up being one dish after the others and eating alone at the end while the others watched. This also created stress. Too many tables crowded in to be able to relax and enjoy yourself. Some poor people had to sit next to the register where a line to pay went by.

Overall, ok/good food, ok/bad service, ok atmosphere. It would have been acceptable if the prices were lower.

c'est le pire service que j'ai jamais eu ,tout est mauvais ,j'ai pris une commande chez eux ,le personnel sont trop irrespectueux,j'ai pris un basilic thai il me donne un petit bout pour 18 euro du jamais vu , le gout est tres mauvais ,un prix trop cher et la qualité est tout à fait médiocre et le pire !!!!! pour 3.5 euro de riz il me donne un bout de riz (voir la photo )comme si je mendiais chez eux ,quand je demandais c'est quoi ce riz de 3.5 euro le personnel me dit bah c'est ca ce qu on donne,j'ai demandé le remboursement y a pas de remboursement ,elle me raccroche le telephone je pense c'est pas la satisfaction du client qui compte labas,c'est payer pour avoir la plus mauvaise qualité

le comportement du personel à fuir trop froid et irrespecteux la seule chose qui se souci c'est payer pour peu de nourriture !!!!!

this is the worst service I have ever had, everything is bad, I took an order from them, the staff are too disrespectful, I took a Thai basil he gives me a small piece for 18 euros never seen, the taste is very bad, a price too expensive and the quality is completely mediocre and the worst!!!!! for 3.5 euros of rice he gives me a piece of rice (see picture )as if I were begging at their place, when I asked what is this 3.5 euro rice the staff told me well that's what we give, I asked for the refund there is no refund, she hangs up the phone on me I think it's not customer satisfaction that matters there, it's paying to have the worst quality

the behavior of the staff to flee too cold and disrespectful the only thing that worries is paying for...

First time going here for dinner yesterday and I’ll be honest and say it’s some of the best Thai food I have ever eaten! The inside has a very nice and cozy decor with great atmosphere. The service is very friendly and quick. Cocktails were amazing I recommend the mai tai. Then for the food I had the red curry sauce with coconut milk and beef. It was heaven for the tastebuds! I will be coming here every time...
