The food was excellent quality, however we found the service to be lacking as the “waiters” seemed unprofessional, overwhelmed, harried and were not especially communicative. It’s a shame, since at these relatively high prices, one would expect the waitstaff to be more professional and able to take time out to ask how things are going, if we need anything else, if we enjoyed our meal, etc. Oh and the spicy gin & tonics were really bad: there was no spicy taste, just a huge half a red pepper floating in the glass, and the tonic had lost its fizz. Also the tables are definitely too small to accommodate all the different plates, platters, silverware holders, and the water carafe that need to fit on them. In conclusion, while the food was great, dining out is so much more than just the food, so I’m not sure I’ll be...

Croquettes were nice but it didn't work at all neither with mango ginger sauce nor with thai basil. Noodles had a very strange texture and tasted okay but nothing special. Tartare was nice and well seasoned but again weird mix with nori sheet. Eventually they forgot one plate so we were happy to leave earlier. Staff was completely overwhelmed even tho the restaurant wasn't full. It took over 1h for 3 small plates. Overall quite disappointing in terms of flavors. Will definitely never go back. They have a great wine menu tho so it might be cool...
Read more(4.5 stars) a fresh restaurant concept for Paris - nice casual ambience with the warmest genuine staff.
The spiced, charred asparagus skewers are really really good! with a yoghurty and spicy dipping sauce. The cheesy nibbles go well with drinks. I however found the Tomahawk pork chop so-so for 28€. I personally believe the fat wasn't rendered that well making it somewhat hard to chew. And found the sauces on the mild side, could be punchier. The recommended way to wrap the pork in a lettuce with herbs eats great though!
Highly recommend to take the 'Sylvaner pur jus' white wine to go with, please go try and see this new place...
