Chez Henri — Restaurant in Perpignan

The restaurant may not look much from the outside but what pulled me in were the dishes people were eating outside. I'm a huge tapas lover and their tapas are very good, right portioned and various choice. And it's very afordable price, not expensive (6~9 € per dish). 2 to 3 dishes are sufficiant.
