Very nice place, good quality crepes with dark flour for the salty ones and white flour for the sweet ones. The waiter is very nice and willing to offer a great service and can speak in english. Most of the ingredients are organic and/or from a fair trade market place. However, if you want to have a romantic dinner i recommend to eat inside, because the terrace is on a small Street, we happened to see a mum stopping by to feed her baby with Coke and leaving the coke on the table, then a dog just passed by and a left a huge paddle next to our table, finally to crown it all a kid passed hundreds time with his kick scooter, gently rolling in the paddle. Everything super delicious at a very competitive prices. Our kids and us enjoyed very much of this place that offer very yummy savory and sweet crêpes. The staff was very gentle, nice and fast, specially with our little one. They provided a high chair and some colours for entertainment without even asking. En franchissant la porte de la crêperie du Théâtre à Perpignan, nous entrons dans un monde de bien-être, de sourire, de joie et de beauté. La décoration participe à la convivialité plaisante et attentive. « La vie est belle » comme l’atteste la création artistique qui décore le mur à côté de notre table. Nous savourons chacun une crêpe végétarienne intégrale (purée de potimarron maison, œuf, fondue d’oignon, crème ciboulette, emmental). Les papilles s’enchantent des saveurs qui se dévoilent bouchée après bouchée. Je fais durer le plaisir par de longues mastications. Patrick s’offre en dessert une crêpe « La Banana » (banane poêlée, chocolat maison, chantilly) et un thé noir coco, banane et ananas. Je l’accompagne avec une crêpe « La Pomme Cajou » (gelée de pomme, thym et lavande, noix de cajou grillées). J’opte pour un rooibos nature, de chez Gaïa aussi. Une succulence ensoleillée s’affirme joyeusement lors de la dégustation des douceurs dans des notes douces et suaves. Notre hôte Eric et son équipe, qui montrent un talent hors pair dans la présentation des crêpes et dans le relationnel avec le client, animent le restaurant d’une aura chaleureuse, amicale et rayonnante, pleine de vitalité.
