I feel bad for not loving Manat the way everyone else does but maybe its just me. The dishes all seemed too chunky and lacking the sort of delicate touch I imagine would elevate the dishes. My starter of a terrine of pork seemed underseasoned and lacking any flavour I could discern. The second course of veal tataki was delicious with the savoury seaweed flakes but again was a bit heavily reliant on the kewpie tasting sauce. The dessert was disappointing: a cherry and chocolate sauce sandwich in choux. The cherries seemed pitted and placed with nothing done to them in the choux, so the dish came off as something not as elevated as one might get traveling patisseries in this part of France. The chocolate sauce was excellent though. Overall I wish Manat would zero in on the flavours and textures of the dishes I tried so they really sing. The space is beautiful. The chefs quite serious in their work, but something feels to be missing in the food. Again, maybe just me so please dont take this personally. I hope you guys get those stars. Best of luck.

Great restaurant offering fusion dishes. The interior decoration is clean, cozy and elegant, perfect for couples and family. The food was delicious and the portions were perfect for sharing. The wine selection was also great. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and they gave us amazing recommendations. The prices were a bit high, but we felt that we received good value for it. Overall, I think the quality of service was great.

Absolutely brilliant restaurant! Creative menu, cooked to perfection and fabulously presented, we would certainly be regulars if we were living in the area. We loved the open space kitchen and deco, and were impressed with the friendliness of the whole team. Thank you for providing us with a unique experience! We wish you all the best.

I really loved the setting and décor. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the wine selection was great. Every dish had something unique and creative about it, which made the meal really enjoyable.

The only downside was that the service was a bit slow. There were long gaps between courses, and I noticed other tables looking a bit restless too.

Still, I had a great time overall and would definitely recommend trying their dishes. It’s a great spot for good food and a...
