This unique restaurant was an incredible discovery in Pontivy and Bretagne in general and we will proudly return bringing family and friends. Every item we ordered was skillfully prepared by the very talented chef in a beautiful modern setting filled with art and a view of the chateau. The flavors were perfection. There’s even a sommelier, but we weren’t offered an opportunity to consult with her. Our server was clearly new and still being trained but the colleagues that helped her were efficient and professional. We found it odd though that our server wanted us to order everything we would want for the entire evening, from aperitifs, starters, plats, wine, desserts, a few minutes after being seated, before we even had time to look at and discuss our options. Neat restaurant with a great combination of casual food (pizza, steaks) and more advanced cuisine, with everything home made. There is a sense of creativity in the dishes, the starters and deserts truly surprised us! A good selection of wine, mostly 75cl bottles, but also the usual few options of wine per glass (ask the sommelier for guidance, she knows her stuff) Lovely staff, very professional and friendly. Bruno and Yveline are very accessible people, and make a point of having small interaction with their guests over the course of the meal, or after, adding to the friendly atmosphere.

Expérience très originale et intéressante, le savoir faire et le niveau de technicité du restaurant n'es pas à prouver. Restaurant qui se considère bistronomique, on se rapproche plus du gastronomique que de la cuisine traditionnelle, et ça peut en dérouter plus d'un. Les prix sont correct pour la qualité qu'on a dans l'assiette néanmoins appart les formules du midi il n'y a pas de menu pour simplifier le choix et le prix donc si comme moi vous voulez toucher à tout et prendre entrée plat + dessert vous vous en tirerez hors boissons pour 40 euro. C'est un des seuls restaurant ou j'ai vraiment voulu me risquer sur le choix des plats, et j'ai été agréablement surpris autant par la présentation que par toutes les saveurs présentes dans mes plats. Plusieurs petits points négatif en outre :/, présence de guèpes en abondance même en salle assez désagréable. Et moi 2 / 3 plat était casi entièrement liquide (mousse au chocolat et l'émulsion de tomate confite - citron en entrée), donc même si les saveurs étaient très intéressantes j'ai passé mon repas à la cuillère à galérer à manger mon repas, mais c'était très bon.
