Noor mahal — Restaurant in Pontoise

Unprofessional, No sense of Buisness stealing people. Arguing over a place. Customer of these premises since 2022. I am disappointed big time. The lady at the restaurant have been very disrespectful. First time in my life I got upset so much. Basically she over charges us all the time. As regular customers you need to have a little decency even their boss abbas offfer a drink or coffee every now and then. But that is too much. I said to the lady that I came on Saturday and we noticed the receipt we think we have been working ver charge. For two evenings buffet and a cake and a tea. 89€ that I believe it is not fare amount. She reply’s on my next passage couple of days after you should have check your receipts there an then. Why you coming back today. Yesterday I came back, I enter and she says : 2 go there ! In a ferme voice. I said why the restaurant is open ? Yes Any reservations ? No So why can’t I take my usual table ! What is this going on. It’s like being unwelcomed suddenly ? I want to speak to the owner and I will complain to higher authorities to find out how to get my money back. Thousand of euros left at that place. Proof available. How many time did they overcharge me ?

Disappointed big time. I have been coming to this place since over 3 years. Every week sometime 2/3 time a week. And they have employed a lady that is robbing us and have the nerve to argue her fault. That’s we should have been checking our receipts before leaving. We were two people to eat third one joined for a drink and got to pay 90€ And every time we see that lady who is unpleasant. Not welcoming people. Really last time to that unfriendly empty place.

It is a great place to try an Indian buffet. Although they don't have a huge variety of dishes they have a decent number of varieties. I particularly don't get the same taste of some curries as I get in India but still it's good. I really appreciate the number of starters they have I haven't seen that many in many other places.
