La Casa Bianca — Restaurant in Punaʻauiʻa

A friend of mine took me to this place, I had mixed grilled vegetables , the food was amazing , the best meal in years. I can not remember the last time i enjoyed something so much ! Its a big plate lots of food, you have to try it if you are vegetarian or not. My friend had Pizza, order it well done it was typical Italian pizza hard to find , very very delicious i highly recommend this place. Such a nice peaceful location, romantic live music i love the band they are very good, i could not stop recording them. And The service was the best, waitresses were super fast, they really care about you, very attentive always there if you need them. What impressed me at first was Himalayan pink salt at the table it has 87 minerals it is so good for your body. And then their home made bread its just like my grandmother used to make it, you have to try it with butter and pink salt its so yummy!!! 10 Star for Service and our waitress Lori, i am not good with french names but she was amazing , fast, attentive when you need her and other waitress as well but Lori is your Casa Bianka Super Star!!!! We ended up eating here twice. The first time as a limited menu that was included with our day of diving with Fluid Diving. With this we had pizzas for lunch and really had nothing to complain about they were good sized, well cooked and them toppings were good. The second time we ate here was that evening. After getting off the boat and hearing the live music we decided to go sit down and grab some food. The service was a little slow we were close to walking out. But once we received our food we were happy. We had the tuna sampler which I couldn’t find a problem with any of four ways it was prepared. My wife had a salad that she was very happy with and the portions were very good sized. All in all both lunch and dinner are very good. Nous avons été bien reçu par les serveuses cependant nous eu la malchance de vouloir fêter l’anniversaire d’une amie avec une pâtisserie acheté ailleurs. Nous avions au préalable demandé à une des serveuses si nous pouvions allumer des bougies et les souffler, requête qu’elle a accepté. 5 minutes plus tard ce qui semble être le manager de l’établissement est venu nous voir de façon agressive en nous disant que nous n’avions pas le droit d’apporter des produits extérieurs. Ce que nous pouvons comprendre bien sûr mais même après s’être excusé il a continué à nous parler de manière assez méprisante, nous menaçant de nous faire payer un droit de gateaux (la pâtisserie etait toute petite, juste une part de gâteau) sachant que nous avions déjà consommé pour plus de 20 000fr. « Vous rangez ça immédiatement !» nous a t-il craché sèchement.Très cher manager je vous invite à apprendre à vous addresser correctement aux clients. Vous êtes venu directement à nous sans vous confondre d’un simple « bonjour, excusez-moi mais vous ne pouvez pas apporter de produits extérieurs » on se serait senti beaucoup moins méprisé. Nous avions l’intention de commander plus mais après ce qu’il nous a dit nous avons annulé toutes nos commandes et sommes partis aux 3 brasseurs à la place. Que ne fut pas notre surprise lorsque nous nous sommes dirigés vers la caisse pour régler nos consommations et que nous avons retrouvé ce manager malpoli pour nous encaisser. À ce moment là curieusement il a eu le toupet de nous dire bonjour alors que deux minutes plus tôt ce mot lui était complètement inconnu. Nous sommes des clients réguliers et nous aurions souhaité être traité comme des êtres humains dignes de respect. Une grosse déception, j’éviterai désormais cet établissement à l’avenir. Malgré les serveuses gentilles et aimables le manager nous à complètement vacciné contre cet endroit. Son ton méprisant était infecte. Au moins la pizza...
