Pizzeria la Griella — Restaurant in Quimper

Went here in the evening for dinner before reading google reviews. The menu has too many items for a restaurant which shows in the quality of the food. The pizzas we ordered were clearly frozen or bought in bulk and just heated with some fresh vegetables put on the top. Positive thing is we did not get food poisoned, otherwise there was nothing good about this dining experience. We sat outside and had to wait a very long time for our food. The pizza bases were biscuity but toppings reasonably tasty. Later we asked to go inside to eat our dessert since it was chilly outside, but they wouldn’t allow us, even though there were plenty of free tables. 'Produits Frais' ? ... Pas convaincu par l'expérience d'un déjeuner.

En pleine saison estivale, promettre une cuisine uniquement à base de produits frais, voilà une bonne promesse, sur le papier. Les faits sont malheureusement différents. La soupe de poisson servie est immanquablement industrielle (pas les fameux 'petits grains' au fond de la soupière attestant d'un broyage maison, une texture trop onctueuse et homogène pour être honnête, un goût épicé caractéristiques des soupes industrielles faites avec des poissons non entiers....). Les croûtons à l'ail sont également sortis d'un sachet (tous sur le même calibre au mm prêt), la rouille...no comment. Rien n'est maison.

Le plat principal (wok de poisson) lui est effectivement maison, les produits sont frais. Promesse tenue.

Le service en salle en revanche 'gentil' : les 2 jeunes étudiantes font de leur mieux, avec le sourire.
