En pleine saison estivale, promettre une cuisine uniquement Ă base de produits frais, voilĂ une bonne promesse, sur le papier. Les faits sont malheureusement diffĂ©rents. La soupe de poisson servie est immanquablement industrielle (pas les fameux 'petits grains' au fond de la soupiĂšre attestant d'un broyage maison, une texture trop onctueuse et homogĂšne pour ĂȘtre honnĂȘte, un goĂ»t Ă©picĂ© caractĂ©ristiques des soupes industrielles faites avec des poissons non entiers....). Les croĂ»tons Ă l'ail sont Ă©galement sortis d'un sachet (tous sur le mĂȘme calibre au mm prĂȘt), la rouille...no comment. Rien n'est maison.
Le plat principal (wok de poisson) lui est effectivement maison, les produits sont frais. Promesse tenue.
Le service en salle en revanche 'gentil' : les 2 jeunes étudiantes font de leur mieux, avec le sourire.
