Le Vintage — Restaurant in Quimper

There are mixed reviews here and I can see why.

Friendly staff and one was able to speak English. ✔️

The pizzas 🍕 were large, very large but were very thin and some would my not like how thin they are. My only problem with the size was as enjoyable as it was it became a bit monotonous eating so much of the same. It would be great if they offered them as half/half different toppings.

My wife ordered the special which was steak skewers but I tried one and it was the chewiest beef I've ever had, and I've had beef in Cuba! She managed 12 pieces of it and felt she had lock jaw at the end.

The kids drinks arrived straight away but was poured from a large bottle of cola at the bar which I think is poor. Our drink didn't arrive after 10mins so had to ask.

I also ordered a coffee ☕️ and it was pretty awful.

Despite this we would go again for the pizza but would most likely share a pizza and get something...

Excellent local cafe, conveniently located at a great viewpoint (picture / selfie / instagram spot). If you are a biker, you will find a neat little spot to park your bike. Food is simple, but good quality. I had a seafood pizza and it was as good as it gets. All in all, great lunch stop if you are exploring the area...

We celebrate my son’s 18th birthday at Le Vintage and all five of us had the Hannibal pizza - a brilliant location with stunning views of the island and Douarnenez marina, great service, lovely pizzas and the price was also good.
