Pokiz — Restaurant in Quimper

Such a disappointment. We had high expectations for a quick and healthy lunch. Indeed the food was good but not enough to overcome the bad service. Almost 1 hour of waiting time for a poke bowl and a toastie. No explanation, justification, updates, nothing but an empty wait wondering if you became transparent. If that was not frustrating enough, people who arrived more than 30 minutes after us got served at the same time as us. Need more? People who ordered take away in the meantime were told "10 minutes max". If you can make them a poke bowl in 10 minutes, why not do it for the people sitting in front of you?! And to add to the joke when we paid they asked us if we had any dessert, like they had no clue (of course we did not, too afraid to be expected to stay the full afternoon waiting for them). I still put 2 stars, hoping it was just a very rude but...

Supposed to close at 2pm but refused to serve at 1pm.

Edit: Your business your rules, my review my rules. If I wanted to go to McDonald's I would have done so, instead I chose to support your business and here we are. At least they serve people 1h before closing time. If you can't understand how a basic business should work, don't open one :). Let's remember you didn't say you didn't have food but that you stopped...

I would give 6 stars if I could! The teriyaki chicken bowl was one of the best bowls I’ve ever had, and the desserts are beyond delicious - especially the cookie pie. Everything is fresh and the staff is very kind, you can feel the love that they put into their business. I can’t wait to go back on my next visit...
