I write this review while my girlfriend is throwing up in the bushes next to the bus stop, 200m away from this restaurant.
When we arrived, the restaurant looked great, very modern and fancy, we sat at a table and I went ahead for a first service. I took some appetizers, such as Samossas, nems, skewers and the like. It was bland, obviously not homemade, and the chicken on the chicken wing I took was clearly undercooked.
I then went back, trying to find anything homemade, so I grabbed a bunch of caramel pork and some egg fried rice. Somehow, this rice was the worst thing that came through my mouth probably in the last few years. It's just rice. Egg fried rice. A child could cook egg fried rice. I don't understand how this is even possible. It was so bad that we had to drink water in between each mouthful of "rice". The pork looked really good but was way too sweet and the meat was not good, sauce did not taste like it should.
At this point I start thinking this must be a joke. I think okay, at least if i go and try sushi, there's no way they could make bad sushi right?! At that point I realize there's no chopsticks for some reason. They were hidden away close to the sauces in a small basket high up. Whatever. The sushi tastes worse than Leclerc sushi.
I then start looking at reviews on Google maps, only to see stellar reviews at the top, with all suspiciously pretty similar pictures, and words that absolutely cannot be describing the same food that I am eating. All from accounts with A SINGLE REVIEW. It seems like those are probably from employees or friends of the owners.
Thank God for the water pitcher that was given to us, we wouldn't have made it without that. I am now in turn getting nauseous, and I hope the bus trip back home won't make me throw up as well, but I wouldn't be...
Read moreWe were there on weekend, on the beginning of its working hOurs. It was clean and well made, with gOod decoration. The washrooms were also clean, but bear in mind that for men and women its in one place and not separated. The waiters are friendly but not well-trained, they arrive very late to take your order. There are not also many of them in such bug place. The buffet is indeed big with a variation and good choices even for those who are vegetarian. We had two grills which were not made very gOod! on the other hand some foods are not warm and some foods are either very salty, either withOut salt! I mean the chef needs to focus on his work more than this. There are a parking lot just next to the restaurant and you dont need to be wOrried for that. Post de base: C'est vraiment une belle découverte ! A la base, j'étais un peu inquiète à cause des avis mitigés, vu que beaucoup avait critiqué le restaurant mais une fois à l'intérieur, j'ai été agréablement surprise. L'offre est incroyablement variée.
La qualité de la nourriture est une belle surprise, même si elle est préparée de manière industrielle. Il y a une grande diversité de cuisines, des plats de différents styles et de différents pays. Les brochettes de viande sont particulièrement bonnes, et je suis ravi de constater qu'il y a également de nombreuses options pour les végétariens.
Concernant les tarifs, bien qu'ils puissent sembler un peu élevés au premier abord, ils sont largement justifiés du fait qu'il y ai beaucoup plus de choix. La générosité des portions et la qualité des produits utilisés en valent la peine.
Les chefs en cuisine sont clairement professionnels et super gentil et cela se ressent dans la qualité des plats servis. Cependant, j'ai remarqué un petit point à améliorer : les serveurs sont parfois un peu trop pressants à l'arrivée et ne laissent pas suffisamment de temps pour étudier la carte des boissons. Ce serait bien qu'ils laissent un peu plus d'espace aux clients pour s'installer et prendre leur décision.
En ce qui concerne le décor, c'est une vraie réussite. Il se démarque vraiment. Le thème spatial crée une ambiance unique et luxueuse qui ajoute énormément à l'expérience globale. C'est un endroit où l'on se sent à l'aise et où l'on peut profiter pleinement de son repas.
