Vous pensiez qu’un brunch se tenait le matin ? Erreur de débutant. Ici, c’est de 21h à 5h du matin, et sans pause. Un concept révolutionnaire : le brunch insomnie, où l'on ne mange peut-être pas, mais où l’on subit chaque décibel comme une spécialité maison. La gérante ? Un vrai modèle d’écoute et d’élégance... si l’on confond mépris et professionnalisme. Malgré plusieurs tentatives de dialogue courtois (et des appels à la police), le vacarme a continué avec une insolence presque artistique. On aurait presque applaudi si on n’était pas à deux doigts de perdre l’ouïe et la patience. Une adresse parfaite pour celles et ceux qui rêvent de ne plus dormir chez eux, gratuitement. Les voisins apprécieront ce concept disruptif qui allie tapage nocturne, irrespect et absence totale de considération.
