Le Tivoli — Restaurant in Rochefort

Absolutely horrible experience here. Forgot half our order, then told us the kitchen was closed so we couldn’t have it. Left 2 out of the 4 people at the table with no food. The owner/ manager came over and basically started shouting at us, and then tried to blame her staff when it was her fault. The food we did receive was very mediocre. Then the staff hovered over us until we left because they wanted to close, they shouldn’t have taken us as customers if they didn’t have time to serve us. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again. Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant.

UPDATE Just to add, the owner has replied and I cannot reply to her. This is absolutely NOT a Fake review, this was our exact experience. We were 100% shouted at by the owner. They did leave half the table with no food and told us the kitchen was closed. And I definitely have to correct restaurant as we own a property near by. AVOID...

Good 'classic' food. Reminds me of the goldenage of the bistro. Quick service, reserve during the holidays or come early. Hostess is very freindly. I tried de skewer with chicken and later the skewer with beef. The chicken could have used more heat to get some color and still be moist on the inside. The beef was great, very medium and nicely spiced. I guess if you're hungry you should order a starter. Portion was good for me though. Pizza was more then enough for my wife. As dessert I ordered coffee creme brulee and cappuccino. Coffee was good, creme brulee was made with real vanilla 👍, cappuccino was odd as it was coffee with sweetened whipped cream(Chantilly) and not steamed Milk. Went there twice,...

Le Tivoli in La Palmyre is an absolute gem! The food is fantastic, with a great variety of dishes that are both flavorful and well-prepared. I was particularly impressed by their selection of craft ales—perfect for anyone who appreciates a good drink with their meal.
