BUFFALO GRILL — Restaurant in Rouen

Waitress helpful and friendly but food awful. Burnt and reheated fossilized chicken wings, ribs, onion rings and some nacho cheese bites. Cold ribs too on top of extremely overcooked food and a chef and kitchen staff who clearly would rather be doing everything else but cook low quality, low health, high fat & extremely low nutritional foods in a dead end job. But it begs the question, why bother at all, why not do the best you can and give some passion because it may lead you to greater things as opposed to just existing and turning out awful quality with unhappy customers.

First time in a Buffalo Grill restaurant. Got exactly what I expected: good food at a reasonable price. You could tell the meat was not top quality (a lot of tendons in the meat) but the grilling and seasoning was excellent. The atmosphere is if you bought an old McDonalds building and filled it with the furniture of a saloon; a bit weird at first but it works! Bathroom was a mess though (Urinal was gone and the regular toilet broken). But I'll visit this chain again...

Je me suis rendu à ce Buffalo dimanche honteux !!! Nous sommes habitué à venir mon mari prend des ribs à chaque fois sa fait la 3eme fois que l’assiette arrive avec une viande tiède ! Alors qu’on précise bien à chaque fois bien chaud donc nous mangeons en décalé à chaque fois nous avions demander du riz on l’a jamais u à table, pas beaucoup de monde dans le restaurant mais 35 min pour nous servir 4 plats je trouve sa super long pour pas avoir beaucoup de monde et je demande au monsieur de l’encaissement un geste commercial ou quelque chose le monsieur me calcul même pas je lui dit que le repas n’a pas du tout était il m’ignore toujours un monsieur cheveux rasé a lunette et je lui dit que c’est la dernière fois qu’on mettra les pieds ici toujours aucune réponse !! Il doivent pas courir après les clients cela . Très déçu compter sur moi pour vous faire de la pub !

Je ne peux pas mettre un nouveau commentaire car j’ai déjà fait. Voici mon plat d’aujourd’hui. Livraison par Uber. J’appelle Buffalo pour avoir le patron et lui expliquer. Il me dit que c’est normal ça a l’air un peu brûlé sur le dessus mais on peut les manger à l’intérieur c’est une blague c’était le dernier essai dans ce restaurant qui, pour moi les prix ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur des prestations très mal servi et en plus pour terminer servi avec de la salade sans sauce. On m’a pris pour un lapin je pense. Intolérable. Bonne appétit 20...
