Think of Olive Garden, but with even worse, less-authentic food. I am certain this chain restaurant uses a commissary to prepare the food and simply warm it up on site. The saltimbocca tasted old warmed over. The steak was a grey piece of tough rubber and the potatoes were gritty and cold. From order to delivery was about 10 minutes - not enough time to stuff the chicken breast or seat and rest the steak - but just enough to toss a prepared dish into the microwave....

DO NOT EAT there if you have food allergies or care about food hygiene. We were not taken seriously when asked to cater for our daughter nut allergy. The waiter had no knowledge or understanding of allergies and I asked to speak to the chef who laughed at me when I asked if they were following good practices of hygiene (hand washing) when preparing meals to avoid cross contamination. We arrived a bit early and was delightfully greeted and offered a table for a drink until kitchen opened. Spoke great English. The restaurant looks fantastic some great decor, all servers polite and welcoming. My Milanese looked great but the pasta didn't have much taste, to the point where dousing in chilli oil helped. The meat was Lovley but the pasta flavour lacked a bit in my opinion. Friends dishes looked nice though....
