Fantastic! It's a very small and cosy restaurant, and popular with locals. We came during the week without a booking and it was fully booked inside, luckily we got a table outside. The menu is small but there were interesting and original dishes that were a fusion of Asian with French. The ingredients seemed to be mostly local, in season and organic. We found this newly opened restaurant in Portrieux almost by chance. Clearly popular as we had to book at least a day in advance for dinner. Hier, nous avons eu le bonheur de pousser la porte de ce charmant petit établissement qu’est Le Bouillon Paradis. Un vrai havre de délices où tout est fait maison avec amour et audace. La carte est concise avec ses trois entrées, trois plats et trois desserts, et laisse la part belle à l’originalité et surtout à l’excellence..

Chaque recette est une composition sublimement orchestrée : les accords entre sauces et accompagnements sont remarquables, sublimant chaque bouchée. La créativité a culminé avec le dessert, une révélation gustative, de l’aubergine confite au sirop d’érable. Je n'aurais jamais imaginer qu’un légume aussi inattendu s’épanouirait en douceur caramélisée. Ce dessert était incroyablement bon, un vrai tour de force qui reste en mémoire bien après la dernière bouchée.

Ajoutez à cela une ambiance chaleureuse, un service attentionné et une cuisine qui allie les terroirs locaux avec une touche exotique (merci à Claire pour cette belle inspiration)
