LE LOVA RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Saint-Gaudens

I'm always excited when I come here, it's always so good! It's one of my favorite restaurants in the world, if not my favorite.

It might not have all the refinement of a Michelin star, but it's playing right there in the same court -- and it also has none of the pretension of a Michelin-starred restaurant, while making dishes that regularly make me widen my eyes in appreciation and surprise. Especially the amuse-bouche...

There is something beautiful in the way the chef dedicates himself to his craft, without the need for the competition that usually motivates the places that do...

Una experiencia muy agradable en el restaurante Le Lova. Fuimos en familia con nuestro hijo pequeño y nos encantó que ofrecieran los mismos platos de la carta en formato reducido para los niños. El espacio es acogedor y el servicio, atento y cercano; además, hacen el esfuerzo de hablar en español, lo cual se agradece mucho. La carta tiene una buena variedad de platos, todos con una presentación cuidada y combinaciones de sabores muy acertadas. La comida está excelentemente cocinada, con productos de primera calidad. Una experiencia muy satisfactoria que sin duda repetiremos. ¡Muy recomendable!

Une expérience très agréable au restaurant Le Lova. Nous y sommes allés en famille avec notre petit garçon et nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu’ils proposent les mêmes plats que sur la carte en portion réduite pour les enfants. L’endroit est chaleureux et le service, attentionné et accueillant ; en plus, ils font l’effort de s’exprimer en espagnol, ce qui est très appréciable. La carte offre une belle variété de plats, tous présentés avec soin et des associations de saveurs très bien pensées. La cuisine est excellente, préparée avec des produits de première qualité. We visited Le Lova last year and were blown away by the quality and presentation of the food. We visited again this summer and again, the food and service was fantastic, by far the best meals we have had in Luchon (we visit every year). Le Lova are super accommodating and the food is presented...
