Estaminet à l'ambiance très agréable. Choix : "Carbonnade Flamande" (24€) boisson et dessert (fondant au chocolat, boule de glace vanille, 6€), une trentaine d'euros au total. Service agréable : drux grands verres d'eau donnés sans demander.

La carbonnade est succulente, la quantité très généreuse, en frites, viande, et salade. Le fondant est honorable, sans plus, je suis resté un peu sur ma faim, pour en avoir mangé de meilleurs ailleurs, pour moins cher.

La grande force de ce restaurants est donc de proposer des classiques typiquement belges (moules-frites, joues de porc à la "Gulden Draak", carbonnade) qu'il est difficile de trouver ailleurs en France (hors région NPDC), ce qui explique le prix. L'ensemble plat+boisson+ dessert n'est donc pas donné, c'est peut-être (un peu) trop cher pour ce que c'est, mais je reviendrai.
