This afternoon, my wife and I wanted to have a drink at this café. It looked closed, so I asked the three people standing outside if it was open and if we could go in. The young man and young woman immediately said, “Yes, you can go inside.” But then the third person, an older woman, suddenly said, “Oh no, we’re fully booked!” This was around 2:30 PM.

Then she asked if we wanted to eat or just have a drink, even though she had just said they were fully booked. I replied that we only wanted a drink, to which she immediately responded, “No, no, there’s absolutely no space, everything is reserved!” But we could have a drink outside or take something to go.

Apparemment l'accueil n'est pas le même pour tout le monde, au vu des autres avis lus ici. Passés simplement pour faire un minigolf, pour nous répondre de façon condescendante parce qu'on avait du mal à trouver l'hôtel. Quand une personne qui a un bac+7 en science a dû mal à trouver, c'est rarement de sa faute, plus probablement c'est la personne en face qui ne sait pas expliquer. Par ailleurs, et surtout, on ne s'adresse pas comme ça à des clients (parce que y'a pas eu que ça) quand on est saisonnière et qu'on travaille dans l'hôtellerie ou le tourisme, sinon on change de métier, ou le management décide lui-même que vous devriez changer de métier en licenciant quelqu'un qui manifestement n'a rien compris au principe de base de l'accueil et où était sa place.
