We had a really nice lunch at l’Encas. We were in 4 + our two dogs and they were welcomed inside with us. The server was very attentive, patient and gentle with us and the dogs as well. The service is fast but not rushed. The food was very good. We had 2 very fresh beef tartares, a cheese platter, a vegan burger and a tarte tatin. Great service, good burgers with chips and salad on the side - and they have a vegan burger option too which was a nice surprise! Desserts and other dishes looked good too. Looks like a locals place. So-so food with terribly slow service. Waited an hour after ordering for a few burgers. When food came, two plates came first. Another two came a few minutes later. The last plate came 10 minutes after that. Waitress wasn't at all concerned that some in our party finished before...
