Restaurant Hanoï Station — Restaurant in Saint-Malo

We have struggled to contact Hanoi Station after our stay. Our son left behind his cuddly toy cat, is really upset that he’s lost it and we’re really hopeful they can send it to us in the UK. We are of course more than happy to pay postage. Please excuse the low rating, this is simply to try and get your attention. Maybe you could let us know your email address (not on your website) so we can communicate better using translation. We will of course reverse the review rating if we can get the cuddly toy back. To give a proper review, this is a good value place to stay, particularly if you have an early ferry. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Language was a bit of a problem for us but that is obviously our fault given we were in France. We got by okay in the end.

2nd Edit : After a few attempts to make meaningful contact including an email with our address and willingness to pay shipping Hanoï Station went quiet again so we've been unable to re-unite our kid with their teddy. I hope I'm wrong and I'm always willing to jump through any hoop you need me to to get the teddy sent to us. Maybe there's some other reason for them not replying, I'm keeping...

After a two week holiday we just needed somewhere to sleep the night before an early morning ferry, so not after anything fancy. The Hanoi was basic but comfortable. Dated in some of the decor and the shower was very old and mouldy by the room was otherwise clean. Comfy bed, good WiFi, great free parking, easy check in/out, close to nearby shops and beach and ferry port. The building was a bit rough and felt a bit like a hostel and there were a few dodgy individuals hanging around being rowdy, but once you were in the room (and locked the door) it was fine. Good value for money. Wouldn't want to stay any longer than a few hours to be honest but it...

Best vietnamese food I have ever had! Had the spring rolls, and beef with vermicelli rice and vegetables. Excellent. I have never been to Vietnam, but it can't get much better than this. I ordered out, so can't speak to the restaurant...
