McDonald's — Restaurant in Saintes

I grew up on McDonald's. In fact, we used to go to one of their first restaurants in the shape of The Golden Arches near Buffalo, New York, in the 1950's! Today's McDonald's are innovative and creative in their Menu offerings and more and more environmentally conscious. I appreciated getting a recyclable paper cup of water instead of a bottle, for instance. Their burger offerings are quite creative and tasty and I appreciate that they change every so often. That way you keep coming back to see what the new burger is! I do think the portions are a bit large, but I don't have to go XL every time...

Je suis venue cette après midi , nous avons " voulu" commander un menu spicy Mcchicken, sur le coup, la personne à la caisse, nous informé que vous n'en faites plus, après étonnement de notre part... Elle change d'avis et nous dit que si, il y en a... Ok. Déjà cette personne est très désagréable et hautaine... Nous récupérons notre commande, par une petite jeune très sympathique... Mon conjoint goûte son Mcchicken SPICY qui du coup n'en n'était pas un, mais un simple Mcchicken! L'erreur est humaine , pas grave.... En retournant à l'intérieur du McDonald's, je me retrouve en face de la jeune très sympathique et de cette chère jeune femme très désagréable, qui annonce à sa chère collègue avec un sourire " Oui j'ai mis un Mcchicken normal" ce n'est pas l'erreur que l'on blâme mais le comportement, avec son sourire, sans """ s'excuser""" elle repart travailler, plusieurs fois elle se présentait au comptoir, toujours son sourire et son attitude désagréable.... Comme dit à votre petite collègue sympathique, respect, amabilité et au moins un sourire, ça fait tout quand on exerce ce métier...
