Pasta e Vino — Restaurant in Sarcelles

Visiting France from England, we were running out of time to find a meal so late in the evening with no reservation. Quick search to find Pasta e Vino. We don't speak French ( but we tried ) our waitress was absolutely wonderful!! She spent her time and efforts explaining the menu the best she could in English in which we were so thankful for! Our meal, dessert and wine was absolutely divine! Service 10/10 and I believe we had small talk with 3 out of the 4 staff that were in, including the chef! Everyone was understanding and wonderful. Our first real night in France was topped off with such a great meal. 1000%...

Discover this little gem while friends came visit and it was a good find. Super delicious home made pasta, definitely one of the best Italian restaurants you'll find at Enghien-les-Bains. Also, excellent service from everyone at Pasta e Vino, from owner to waiter to Chef, they will make sure that you are well taking care off! Not the cheapest restaurants in town but the great service and high quality cookings justify the price in my opinion. Lucky me who is staying around the corner, will surely go back try out all the other different pasta and dishes, and the moelleux à la pistachio that the waiter...

Au cœur d'Enghien,  un restaurant Italien,  plus précisément Sicilien, une cuisine authentique qui nous fait voyager en Sicile car Angelo est Sicilien.

Une jolie petite salle intérieure et une terrasse très agréable L'accueil est vraiment convivial, le service attentionné, une petite carte variée, et les suggestions présentées sur le tableau qu'il ne faut pas hésiter à prendre, tout est vraiment succulent.

Les produits sont frais , les pâtes faîtes maison parfaitement cuisinées,  et une sélection de produits italiens de qualité ( charcuteries, fromages, vins.....)

Cette semaine  mon épouse et moi avons dégusté après un excellent cocktail  Bellini.

Gnocchi de pommes de terre avec ses cêpes, copeaux de parmesan, et sa sauce à la truffe noire d'été.

Mezze maniche à la Catanèse avec aneth, pignons, raisins secs, anchois & chapelure grillée.

Et par gourmandise les délicieuses coupes de glaces : Coupe Vulcano,  et la Coquille.

A mon avis, c''est le meilleur restaurant Italien d'Enghien. Il nous fait découvrir des plats typiquement italien vraiment savoureux. Ce qui nous a incité à y aller déjà pllusieurs fois pour déguster les plats suggérés du moment.

"Raviolis rouge"  à la tomate, farcis cabillaud & à la pomme de terre accompagnés de palourdes.
