Le Proprianais 1955 — Restaurant in Sartène

Inizialmente scettico in quanto in una zona turistica e sul mare. Mi ha colpito il fatto che rispondano a tutte le recensioni quindi ho prenotato. Siamo stati accolti dal capo sala, che ha messo a sedere noi e una famiglia di 4 persone. A queste ultime ha sentivo subito il menù, per noi nulla per 10 minuti finché io non l'ho chiesto. Subito i camerieri ci hanno preso l'ordine e nel tempo giusto è arrivato il cibo. Abbiamo preso un misto di pesce servito in una zuppa con 4 crostini, 30€. Il pesce era insapore e nel branzino hanno lasciato la pelle che nella zuppa non si vede, come non si vede se c'è ancora pesce o no. L'altro piatto è stata la pasta bonifaciana, 15€, che è un miscuglio condito con pomodoro, spezie, due formaggi diversi e una melanzana. Il tutto con musica dal vivo ad un volume assordante. Il dolce non lo abbiamo preso, ci sono sembrati tutti simili con una tonnellata di panna montata a 10€ l'uno. Io capisco che siamo italiani e siamo in alta stagione ma state attenti a servire tutti con la stessa cordialità, e se si fanno queste proposte di piatti abbassarne il pezzo.
