Restaurant Hôtel Les 3 Terrasses — Restaurant in Sartène

My husband and I stayed overnight in Solenzara in the off season. The reception area is in the back through the restaurant and bar and was not really welcoming or efficient. Room 305 is 51 un-aided steps from the lobby which was fine for us but was a slog with luggage. The room faced the street but you could see the sea if you opened the side window and looked around the corner. There is lots of free city parking between the hotel and the sea which is nice. The room initially appeared 'mod' but was actually furnished a bit strange and somewhat impractical. A round table that is also a lamp and only a foot high. Acrylic see-through furniture and lamps. A very low-slung white leather couch. A big bathroom with-out a single shelf or hook, and a huge shower that does everything but produce hot water... Good things were cleanliness, AC, room safe, free wifi, open closet with shelves, a desk, a night table, one reading lamp, and two windows. The queen bed was hard but comfortable with very good linens. The room was quiet in the night and we had a good sleep. ||||Happily, we purchased the demi-pension room rate which included dinner and breakfast. Je donne une étoile car impossible de donné moins, voici les raisons qui font que cet établissement merite un sérieux coups de pieds au derrière pour rester poli

Tout d'abord l'attente, et oui lorsque vous arrivez a 21h40 après avoir attendu 45 min pour obtenir une table et que de 21h40 à 22h55 vous n'avez toujours pas vus l'ombre d'un serveur, cela commence à être long et l'excuse "le restaurant est bondé, les serveurs sont très occupés" n'est pas valide car plusieurs fois ces derniersse sont tous regroupésau bar pour discuter, boir et plaisanter entre eux.

Pour continuer, le personnel, oh oui la meilleure partie, durant la longue attente, nous avions à notre disposition un dispositif servant à appelé un serveur, nous appuyons dessus une première fois au bout de 30 min d'attente, rien 10 min plus tard. Une deuxième fois, toujours rien, pas un signe du serveur ou quoique ce soit qui y ressemble. 1h15 sont passés et au bout de 5 pression un serveur avec une queue de cheval arrive et vient nous agresser verbalement en nous sommant d'arrêter d'utiliser le dispositif d'appel prévu pour le client dont la fonction est d'appeler un serveur. Il aura fallut se fâcher et contacté le gérant de l'établissement pour avoir quelqu'un qui viennent prendre notre commande mais surtout pour faire partir le serveur agressif qui visiblement, avait décidé de continuer à nous agresser. En une soirée, la définition du client est roi est morte avec ce serveur.

Enfin, la commande. Et oui car dans tout bon établissement culinaire, l'accueil ne fait pas tout, le goût des plats doit aussi être de la partie en coopération avec la bonne compréhension des demandes des clients. En effet car ici aucuns des critère ne sont présents, l'accueil déplorable citer dans le précédent paragraphe mais aussi les deux critère suivant qui sont absents car en effet après avoir patienté pendant 1h15 pour obtenir d'un serveur que l'on daigne prendre notre commande, nous passons enfin nos commandes "une pizza marguerita, deux burger corse cuissons saignante, une aubergine et des penne a la corsicaine". Nous attendons maintenant 20 min supplémentaires pour ensuite recevoir nos plats. Résultat ? Les burgers n'étaient pas bons, la cuisson n'était pas saignante mais brûlée, l'aubergine était bourrée d'huile, les penne a la corsicaine sans la corsicaine et le clous du spectacle, il y avait des cheveux dans les burgers. Seul plat correct, la pizza marguerita, encore heureux.

Conclusion, établissement a évité à tout prix, cet établissement...
