I booked online which I couldnât seem to get confirmed, but a quick visit at lunchtime proved all had been received for our evening meal. We were a group of 14 including 2 with limited mobility (wheelchair and scooter). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space in the restaurant and a very wide menu selection. The food was great - lots of choice for the 3 younger children and 2 teenagers, plus some excellent more exotic choices for adults. Iâd say you could eat simply here with reasonably priced burgers and also push the boat out a little without being too expensive for a celebration meal, which we were having. The staff were attentive, we got by with the little french that we had and the slightly more English that the staff spoke. They catered admirably for a little birthday celebration at the end and all the staff sang in English for us. Bon.pas trop grave mais premiere demande clairement non prise en compte . InstallĂ©s, on attend 40 minutes pour les boissons et prĂšs d une heure 15 pour avoir enfin les plats aprĂšs plusieurs relances au bar dont la seule rĂ©ponse Ă©tait : on n a pas assez de personnel... peut ĂȘtre mais en temps que client ça ne nous regarde pas... Le plat de ma fille est froid. On ne le renvoie pas par crainte d attendre 1h de plus... Et toutes les tables autour de nous subissent le mĂȘme calvaire... ObligĂ©s Ă©galement de reclamer du pain pour en avoir et on attend toujours notre pauvre carafe d eau... Arrive le moment du passage en caisse, un sketch : le couple devant nous se voit facturer 33e de trop. C est notre tour, on ne trouve pas notre facture. C est vous les burgers ? Ah non pas du tout. Trop honnĂȘtes on s en serait tirer pour 50 e au lieu de 87. Mais visiblement l honnĂȘtetĂ© ne paye pas : aprĂšs avoir Ă©numĂ©rĂ© nos divers dĂ©boires on nous offre gĂ©nĂ©reusement.... 2 cafĂ©s ! Du foutage de gueule. Bref un repas sans aucun.plaisir et zĂ©ro considĂ©ration du client. Nos voisins de table aussi outrĂ©s que nous commandent un cafĂ© gourmand, on.leur ramene un capuccino. Les clients laissent tomber vu l attente mais le precisent au serveur. On leur facture le cafe gourmand !!! Quand on sait que la journĂ©e sera difficile on n accepte pas tant de clients, et encore c aurait dĂ» ĂȘtre gerable malgrĂ© quelques absences. C est franchement dommage, on ne reviendra plus. Au moins offrir les boissons et murmurer des excuses auraient Ă©tĂ© le minimum attendu... Je mets 2 Ă©toiles pour faire la moyenne avec la premiĂšre expĂ©rience, mais quelle dĂ©ception.... We called la bourse who advised they served food until midnight.
We was not disappointed. The food was amazing!! Especially the pizza homemade and the nicest pizza i have ever had. The e chips were homemade and felt like home. The staff and service was also very good. Although there was a language barrier we used Google translation and it was fine..
We will definitely return if we come...
