Well I could not wait to try this restaurant with my friends. The service was excellent from the moment we entered the restaurant. To be honest the pork and the chicken were great (although it was different fine dining than the original one). The gomboc and the strudel were all right I expected more taste of them. I know its “only” inspired by the Hungarian cuisine, but we have such amazing desserts which could inspire the sweets more. Anyway the restaurant is definitely worth a visit. About the answer from the owner: many restaurants can make and rethink Hungarian sweets to give the taste of them. Waouh ! Quelle expérience ! Nous connaissions la cheffe de son précédent restaurant, où elle créait ses chefs-d'œuvre à partir d'ingrédients locaux et de saison. Il était donc naturel d'avoir de grandes attentes lorsque nous avons décidé de dîner dans son restaurant, qui servait des spécialités hongroises (son pays d'origine), souvent avec une touche franco-européenne. Ce que nous avons vécu ce soir-là était bien meilleur que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! L'ambiance, la cuisine et le service étaient extraordinaires. Ma famille et moi avons pris le menu du jour (3 plats) et chaque plat était tout simplement magnifique. Les vins (hongrois et alsaciens) que nous avons dégustés étaient délicieux (je recommande vivement le Vindange Tardive hongrois !). Nous (comme tous les autres clients du restaurant) avons été traités comme des rois. Comme le chef prépare les plats à la commande, il y a un peu d'attente avant que votre repas n'arrive, mais cela en vaut vraiment la peine… votre palais et votre estomac vous remercieront ensuite. Sehr herzlicher Empfang, wir sind begeistert! Das Hühnerleber Crème Brûlée war eine absolute Entdeckung, köstlich! Ebenso die gefüllte Hühnerbrust, sehr saftig und zart, und auch das Gemüse (Erbsen, Bohnen, Zucchini) auf den Punkt gegart. Wir waren mit drei Kindern dort, von denen eines sehr mäkelig ist.
