McDonald's — Restaurant in Thionville

first impression, dirty, electric scooters and bicycles filling the restaurant from local kids which had crowded the outside and inside areas. Very young staff which looked like they were friends with the local boys. Food: horrible, been eating at McDonalds in most places in the world, this is easily the worst. Very long waiting time for food and all burgers dry. Staff demanded to get the receipt from the ordering machine after delivering the food. I refused and the staff made stupid faces to me. Complained about the food, but the one person speaking English had to run back and forth to the manager to know what to answer. Area felt unsafe and will not recommend this to families which was our case and kind of is the concept of the McDonalds chain. Worste 60+ Euros spent, shall in addition contact McDonalds internaltionally and demand an answer to how they can allow for this kind of status of their restaurants. I've never written a review for McDonalds because my expectations are pretty low anyway, but this McDonalds is a disaster. It started off with the front door being locked for no apparent reason, forcing us to walk around to the back entrance, in-between the cars in line for the drive-through, and passing employees on smoke break next to people eating their food outside. Very nice. For some reason I could only pay at the register and not by card at the self-service machines. No problem in principle, but the person at the register was too occupied with other things in the back to actually let people pay. There were only two people in front of me, but I had to wait half an hour before I could finally pay, after which I had to wait another 10 minutes before I received my food. The food had a happy meal, and of course they forgot the toy. The fries were cold, chewy, and tasted like they'd been sitting there for hours. I'll think twice next time before making a "quick" stop at McDonalds...

DO NOT GO HERE. RUN! GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!

We got no ticket from the console. So no order nummer or restaurant nummer. The order took more than 30 minutes. There were unsupervised screaming children running around. Our order was incomplete. No boxes for the kid's happy meals, wrong desserts, Cold fries, missing a portion of Fries and missing sauces. The fries that we did receive were cold and the wrong portion size.

All in all: Total disaster.

I Seriously doubt that any of the (visible) staff was over 18.

1 star for the one staff member that spoke English....
